Joseph Otejere is a seasoned engineer and innovation management specialist with over 20 years industry experience. He has worked with various multinational organizations including First Aluminium Plc where he held responsibilities for product and market development in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. His work took him to various West African countries including Cameroun, Benin Republic, Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire and Mali, where he helped set up small scale businesses in the Aluminium industry sector.
He is currently the Construction Manager for ABB Powerlines where he oversees construction of various Transmission & Distribution lines, Power infrastructure and Smart Grid monitoring devices.
Nkechi Ali-Balogun, one of the nation’s foremost female PR practitioners, is the Principal Consultant/CEO of foremost public relations training firm NECCI Limited. A gifted strategist with intuitively creative abilities, Nkechi is always an in-demand industry facilitator, motivational speaker, and mentor in her career. He is an Engineering graduate from the University of Benin and he holds an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Navarra, Barcelona. Samuel has also worked in Arthur Andersen & Company (now KPMG professionals), United Bank for Africa Plc, NNB International Bank, First Bank Nigeria Plc and other financial institutions both as a consultant and staff where he held various key positions and gained significant experience in Banking, Consulting and Engineering. Sam is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), registered member of the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and honorary senior member of Chartered Institute of Bankers. Wale Onaolapo is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Davisther Brokers Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. He was, until very recently, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc., one of the leading insurance companies in the Nigeria Insurance Industry.
